1. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason. This is known as your "cooling-off period".

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order using the contact details below. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and a credit will automatically appear on your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us with photos of the damaged item and your order number.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or washed
• Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer
• Gift cards

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
